Caroline was born and raised in England and moved to Canada at the age of 19 to spend a year experiencing life in another country. That ‘year’ lasted over 30 years. During that time Caroline worked in the corporate sector, retail, sales, interior design and media, but people and leadership have always been her passion. At age 34 she undertook her B.A. in psychology followed a few years later by a M.Sc. in Organizational Leadership. She considers herself a lifelong learner with a passion to share her experiences, knowledge, education and wisdom. The desire to see more of the world called her once again and in 2013 she spent 6 months working with children in Africa and Thailand.
Caroline is as diverse in her work as she is in her personality and passions. She not only embraces change but also uses it as a template for her life, which she considers to be like a tapestry: a weaving of insight, experiences, knowledge, wisdom and above all sharing all of that with others through her work.
For one year Caroline led Life Skills Seminars for the incarcerated women of the Central East Detention Centre and for three years held weekly speaking events for women focused on a myriad of topics including Real Estate investing, financial security for women. She also created and founded “A Dream for a Dream” – a fundraising event for Children’s Wish.
Caroline’s work as an Empowerment & Success Coach focuses on helping women step into their power to live a life that is congruent and authentic with who they really are.
Caroline is also an Independent Trainer, teaching professional development programs to corporate executives all over the GTA.
It is because of her ability to zero in on a problem with ease and grace that gives Caroline a coaching and speaking style that brings out the best in people and immediately evokes trust. She is known for her practical, street-savvy style and her fusion of real-life stories, humour and empathy allows her to connect with her audience at an intimate, intense and individual level.
